ABOUT THE COURSE:
Well-being is more than a box of fruit and a free cup of coffee. In this course we look at well-being and involvement in terms of children and adults within your setting. We look at the theory behind it all and how we can monitor formally and informally throughout the year. We look at strategies and practical things you can do that do not cost you the earth and also how to ensure it is for long-term gain, rather than a short-term fix. If we feel better within ourselves, we are better prepared to learn, empathise, work with others and perform well. Why wouldn't we want to make sure that adult and child well-being is at the centre of everything we do?
Learners will be awarded a certificate of attendance of successful completion of this course.
