(How to ace your Ofsted inspection)

ABOUT THE COURSE:

We should do what we do for the sake of the child, not to please Ofsted in a snapshot visit. So, why be worried about something you know you are good at?

We believe that you should use the opportunity of and Ofsted inspection to show off your setting and be proud of what you have achieved/are achieving. You've worked so hard so why not show it all off? 

 

This course equips learners with the confidence and knowledge to be able to prepare for their next Ofsted Inspection by familiarising them with the Early Years Inspection Framework as well as what happens on the day. We discuss what the inspection looks like on paper as well as in practice and dig deeper into what they are looking for and how to tell your story. We will also look at ways to help prepare your team so that they can shine with confidence and enjoy the experience of Ofsted. Ofsted shouldn't be feared, but rather welcomed as an opportunity to share the wonderful practice within your setting.

Learners will leave the course feeling confident they are ready or will be ready for their inspection and that they know how best to help support their team to feel the same.

On successful completion of this course, learners will achieve a certificate of attendance.
