Sam has experience in managing Early Years settings, as well as teaching in Primary Schools for over 13 years. She is also a qualified trainer for Mental Health, Safeguarding and First Aid. She has lead Early Years teams to Outstanding and knows what it takes to get a team working together effectively and how crucial it is that mental health and well-being are at the forefront of that drive.
