Small group and plenty of time for questions and discussions

I really enjoyed this course. I thought two days on a mental health course would be tough but Sam made it so clear and easy to understand. She talked about some really difficult subjects and made a comfortable environment to ask questions.

The part of the course that I enjoyed most was learning about how to speak to people when they are going through a hard time.
