ABOUT THE COURSE:
This course has been designed for those new to leadership roles or those who feel they need a refresher. We look at what the difference is between a manager and a leader and why this is significant. We also discuss how to best support staff to get the best out of them whilst at the same time, supporting those who struggle.
We offer advice and support and learners will leave the course feeling inspired to take on the challenge of a leadership role and all that it entails.
On successful completion of this course, learners will be awarded a certificate of attendance.
